In short: KeyForge does not collect, store or share your passwords or personal information.
Passwords
Every password is generated locally in your browser using the Web Crypto API. Generated passwords are never transmitted over the network, logged or stored by us. When you close or refresh the page, the password is gone unless you copied it.
Information we collect
None. KeyForge has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking scripts. The page is technically restricted from making any network requests after it loads.
Hosting
The website is served by Cloudflare. As with any website, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and request time to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This information is handled under Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. We do not use it to identify you.
Clipboard
When you click "Copy password", the password is placed on your device's clipboard. The website cannot read your clipboard. The copied password stays there until you copy something else, so clear it when you're done if you share your device.
Bulk downloads
When you download passwords from the bulk generator, the text file is created in your browser and saved straight to your device. It never passes through our servers. Store or delete that file carefully, because it contains your passwords in plain text.
Third-party links
Links such as Buy Me a Coffee and padmajp.com take you to other websites, which have their own privacy policies. We send no referrer information when you follow them.
Children
KeyForge does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date.
